You do not need to be in Chwilog to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Owen Morris Shipwreck 1907 Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by The Rees Jeffreys Road Fund in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Chwilog close at 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
When the recipient is at Ysbyty Bryn Beryl, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The street address listed for Ysbyty Bryn Beryl is Caernafon Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Llanystumdwy Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Ysgol Gynradd Chwilog, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Ysgol Gynradd Llangybi? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at St John's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capel Pencaenewydd, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capel Uchaf are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending a tribute to Deugorn Denio Chapel Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at The Coast House needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
