Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Clover Hill. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Norwich War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Swan Pit in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Sprowston, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Wilderness Grove Forest School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Kinsale Infant & Junior Schools, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Saint Clement are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Saint Edmund, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Saint Etheldreda, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Wensum Valley Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Norwich Community Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Broads Authority, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a tribute addressed to East of England CO-OP Funeral Services, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Rosary Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Chez Denis needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
