A florist in Dalkeith handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Dr Andrew Balfour Drinking Fountain is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Dalkeith And Cowdenfoot Collieries Miners Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Bonnington should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Midlothian Community Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. When the recipient is at The Esk Centre, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Simpson Centre, and address the order to the hospital itself. The address given for Midlothian Community Hospital is Eskbank Road 70; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Dalkeith High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Lasswade High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Musselburgh Grammar School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Cockpen and Carrington Parish Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at St Michael's Kirk Inveresk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St Leonard's are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Carberry Tower, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Where the delivery address includes Pilrig, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a tribute intended for Newington Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Esk Valley, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Edinburgh Lodges, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
