You do not need to be in Duns to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Bastie Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Covenanters' Stone in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Duns. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
When the recipient is at Knoll Community Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. For delivery details relating to Knoll Community Hospital, its listed address is Station Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending to White Swan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The listed address for White Swan is Market Square 31-34; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Fogo Kirk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Christchurch are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Duns Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Jim Clark Bistro, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at Berwickshire High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
A delivery for Duns Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
