Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Ebbw Vale North, use the destination’s 18:00 local cutoff. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Mountain Air, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When a funeral service is held at Providence Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Libanus United Reformed Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Where the delivery address includes Newtown, retain the locality when filling in the order.
