Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Elgin. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Duke of Gordon's Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Captain Mark Tennant Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Elgin. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Palmerscross, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Premier Inn Elgin, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Travelodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Mansion House Hotel & Country Club? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For delivery details relating to Premier Inn Elgin, its listed address is Linkwood Way 15; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Elgin Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Elgin High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Elgin Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Birnie Kirk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Elgin Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Elgin Sheriff Court with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If flowers are going to Lhanbryde Burial Ground, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at WJ "Wojtek" Burger It, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
