You do not need to be in Ffynnongroyw to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bouy in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Greenfield War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When entering an address in Grange, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check that Lletty Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A flower order for someone staying at Golden Grove Manor House should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending flowers to someone at Trelawnyd V.A. School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Ysgol Gronant is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Dangerpoint Education Activity Centre, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Church of St Michael, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Bethel Welsh Methodist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Church of St Asaph and St Kentigern are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Mostyn Lodge, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Newton.
Before sending a tribute to Grange Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Croft's Club, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
