You can send flowers to someone in Glais even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Sir Ludwig Mond is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Briton Ferry War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Cwmdu, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Gellinudd Recovery Centre, and address the order to the hospital itself. Before sending to Morriston Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Gellinudd Recovery Centre is listed at Lon Catwg; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Mercure Swansea, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Holiday Inn should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For an order addressed to Mercure Swansea, the listed location is Phoenix Way; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at St Thomas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Bethel Evangelical Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Greenfields Evangelical Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether DVLA accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Address details for Landore should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to Coedffranc Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Abbey Fish and Chips, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Glais Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a delivery to a teacher at Glyncollen Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Ysgol Hendrefelin, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
