Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Headley Down online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Haslemere War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. The Sailor's Stone is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Headley Down, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Boundstone, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending flowers to Brookham School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at St Alban's, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at St Luke's Church Grayshott are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at St Mark's Sacred Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Old Thorns Manor Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Compton, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the delivery address is Thorne-Leggett Funeral Directors, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Green Lane Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Guido’s Craft Pizza, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
