Send your flower order for Inverness online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. 79th Queens Own Cameron Highlanders - Sudan and Egypt Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Flora Macdonald statue in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Inverness. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Bught, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at New Craigs Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. For a patient at Royal Northern Infirmary, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for National Treatment Centre - Highland, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The address given for New Craigs Hospital is Leachkin Road 2; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Inbhir Nis, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Culloden Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Inverness High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Old High Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Crown Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St Andrew's Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Bunchrew House Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before placing a workplace order for Inverness Justice Centre, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For someone in Lochardil, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending a tribute to Kilvean Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bella Italia needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending to B&B Hotel Inverness? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Travelodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
