Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Johnstone online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Martyrs Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Willie Gallacher Cairn in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Johnstone is 18:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Where the delivery address includes Hillington, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Lynnhurst Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. You will find Lynnhurst Hotel listed at Park Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Castlehead High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Castlehead Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Houston & Killellan Kirk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Oakshaw Trinity Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Johnstone Town Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Ralston.
If flowers are going to North Dalnottar Crematorium, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Nando's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
