Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kelso. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Kelso War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Maxwellheugh, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a guest at Cross Keys Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ednam House Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The Square 36-37 is the listed address of Cross Keys Hotel; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Broomlands Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Edenside Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Kelso High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Kelso Old Parish Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kelso North Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint Andrew's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Kelso Town Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a tribute intended for Kelso Abbey, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sultans of Kelso, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When the recipient is at Kelso Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For an order addressed to Kelso Hospital, the listed location is Inch Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
