You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Kington. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Kington, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Headbrook, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Burton Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check that Royal Oak Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For a guest at Swan on the Square, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For delivery details relating to Burton Hotel, its listed address is Mill Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Lady Hawkins' School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kington Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kingdom Hall, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kington Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Kington Surgery, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
If flowers are going to Kington Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Lion Cafe, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
