Send your flower order for Leek online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as LIA 1855 LB are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Plague Stone in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Leek. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
For a recipient at Leek Moorlands Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The address given for Leek Moorlands Hospital is Ashbourne Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Premier Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Peak Weavers Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of The Green Man Motel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The listed address for Premier Inn is Ashbourne Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at The Salvation Army Leek, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Saint Paul's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For a table booked at Mill St Kitchen, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A delivery for Leek High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Before sending flowers to Westwood College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
