You do not need to be in Lenzie to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as High Possil Meteorite Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Auchengeich Colliery Disaster Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Lenzie is 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Blythswood Hill.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Crowwood Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Kincaid House Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at The Broadcroft Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The street address listed for Crowwood Hotel is Cumbernauld Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for St Ninian's High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Turnbull High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Saint Cyprian's, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Lenzie Old Parish, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Stobhill Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Check whether Baldernock Parish Church Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For someone in Calton, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a tribute addressed to Kirkintilloch Funeralcare, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Old Aisle Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Frankie & Benny's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending to a patient at MacKinnon House calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
