Send your flower order for Old Harlow online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. RAF Sawbridgeworth Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Hatfield Heath War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Great Parndon should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If the service takes place at Great St Mary's, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Briggens House Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A flower order for a recipient at Jacob's Neuro Centre needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When the destination is in Staple Tye, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a tribute addressed to Albert English Funeral Directors, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Roughtalley's Wood (South) & Epping Forest Woodland Burial Ground, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
