Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Park Gate. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Hedge End War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Stubbington War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Park Gate is 18:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For someone in Hardway, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at The Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at The Lodge - at the Solent, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for Freegrounds Infant and Junior Schools is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at North Whiteley Secondary (Henry Cort), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Orchard Lea Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Crofton Old Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Priory Church of St. Andrew the Apostle, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at St John, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at The Solent Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Ravenswood House, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Hamble Village Memorial Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Address details for Bellevue should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a tribute addressed to A.H.Freemantle, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Southampton Old Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Little Canton, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
