A florist in Pilgrims Hatch handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Abandoned Hall are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Abandoned Toilets in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Pilgrims Hatch. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Upminster Bridge.
For a recipient at Nuffield Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
A delivery for Mead Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Larchwood Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Drapers' Brookside Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Chapel of the Royal Anglian Regiment and the Essex Regiment, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Christ Church, Warley, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at St Nicholas, Kelvedon Hatch, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at The Marygreen Manor Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hartswood Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For a tribute intended for Romford Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pinnacle Grill & Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
