You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Purbrook from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Nelson Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by HMS Northney 1 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Purbrook by the local cutoff of 18:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Southsea, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are sending to a guest of Premier Inn (Port Solent East), check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Premier Inn (Port Solent), ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Trosnant Infant and Junior schools, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Bidbury Infant and Junior Schools, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at College Park School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at St John the Baptist, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Church of the Good Shepherd are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Saint Nicholas' Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Havant Travelodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending to Oak Park Community Clinic, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Before placing a workplace order for HM Revenue and Customs, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Address details for Wecock should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to Milton Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Thyme, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
