Send flowers to Sandown from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at The Wight Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. When addressing flowers to a guest at Fernside Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Marina, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The listed address for The Wight Hotel is Avenue Road 11; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at The Bay Church of England School (Primary School), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Forest Edge School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at The Lighthouse Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St Patricks Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Christ Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Broadway Centre should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at Ocean Deck, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
