Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Selkirk. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Battle of Flodden - 400th Anniversary Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Bust of Robert Burns are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Selkirk. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When the destination is in Coopersknowe, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to The Glen Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at The County, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check that The Croft can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The Glen Hotel is listed at Yarrow Terrace; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Selkirk High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Knowepark Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Philiphaugh Community School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Our Lady & St. Joseph Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Selkirk Parish Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Selkirk Sheriff Court, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For an address in Halliburton, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Eastlands Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at New Ming Chun House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
