You can order flowers for Sully online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by International Mother Language Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Sully. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Caerau should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A flower order for a recipient at Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a delivery to a teacher at St Cyres Comprehensive School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Stanwell School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at St Dochdwy's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Holm House can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Sending to a patient at Barry Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Address flowers for someone at Civic Offices with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Cardiff Bay, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute intended for Western Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
A delivery timed for a meal at The Humble Onion needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Glendale Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
