You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Thetford, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Thetford War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Dad's Army in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Thetford? The ordering deadline is 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Kingsfleet, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Check that The Bell Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at The Thomas Paine Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Premier Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address given for The Bell Inn is King Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Thetford Grammar School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Cloverfield Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at King Street Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Thetford Guildhall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Address details for Sovereign Gate should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with East of England Coop Funeral Services before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Thetford Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Thomas Paine Hotel Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
