You do not need to be in Trefriw to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Colofn Taliesin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Trefriw, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Check with Trefriw Wells Spa before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Church of Saint Rhychwyn, Llanrhychwyn, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Peniel Welsh Presbyterian Chapel, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Mary's Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Princes Arms Country Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chandlers Brasserie, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
