You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tunbridge Wells. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Cranbrook War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Unknown Soldier is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Tunbridge Wells is 18:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Hawkenbury.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Premier Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Travelodge, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel du Vin, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Premier Inn is listed at London Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for St. Augustine's Catholic Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Benenden C of E Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Skinners' Temple Grove, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at St Matthew's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Andrew's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at St Barnabas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Tunbridge Wells Town Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
A tribute addressed to Kent and Sussex Crematorium and Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Giggling Squid needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
