Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Uppermill. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Oldham War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Pots and Pans in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Cowhill, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending flowers to someone at Greenacres Primary Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Littlemoor Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to St Anne's CofE Lydgate Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kilngreen Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at St Chad, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Saddleworth Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An address in Stock Brook should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A tribute addressed to Droylsden Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Ego at the Hartshead Inn, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
