Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ware. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Ware Library are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Ware War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Planning a same-day delivery in Ware? The ordering deadline is 18:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Where the delivery address includes Kings Hill, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery for Priors Wood Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Middleton School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Pinewood School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Christ Church Ware, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Saint Mary the Virgin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Leaside Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Premier Inn should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Austin's Funeral Directors, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
A delivery timed for a meal at Enoteca Restaurant & Wine Bar needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
