You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Air Force Academy online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by 9/11 Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Ackerman Overlook is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Air Force Academy is 12:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For an address in Woodmoor, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check that Oakwood at Bella Springs can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Air Academy High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Douglass Valley Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Woodmen - Roberts Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Mount Saint Francis, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Wiccan/Pagan Prayer Circle, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Cambria Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Check whether 306th Flying Training Group accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Address details for Victory Ridge should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to United States Air Force Academy Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Duca's Neapolitan Pizza, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
