You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Amagansett. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as COAST GUARD BEACH are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. First Sheep Fold Site 1684 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Amagansett, place your order before 12:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Beach Hampton.
Sending to Ocean Dunes Apartments? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A flower order for someone staying at The Reform Club should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For an order addressed to Ocean Dunes Apartments, the listed location is Bluff Road 379; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Amagansett School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Springs School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Calvary Baptist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at First Presbyterian Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Most Holy Trinity Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a tribute intended for Green River Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at il Buco al Mare, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
