You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Banner Elk. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For someone in North Campus, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a guest at Best Western Mountain Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at The Banner Elk Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Tynecastle Highway 1615 is the listed address of Best Western Mountain Lodge; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Banner Elk Seventh-Day Adventist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Banner Elk Methodist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Banner Elk Presbyterian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at LP on Main needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
