For a recipient in Belen, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Travelodge Belen, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. A flower order for someone staying at Holiday Inn Express should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Belen, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The listed address for Travelodge Belen is Camino Del Llano 2111; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Belen High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Henry T. Jaramillo Community School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Rio Grande Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Belen Municipal Court, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a tribute addressed to Noblin Funeral Service, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
