You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Bergman. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bergman Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Bergman High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Bergman Assembly of God Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
