Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Burns. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you cannot visit a guest at American's Best Value Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. For flowers addressed to a guest at Historic Central Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For an order addressed to American's Best Value Inn, the listed location is Oregon Avenue 999; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Slater Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Burns High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Burns SDA Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Holy Family Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at OSU Extension Service - Harney should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before sending a tribute to Burns Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bella Java & Bistro needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
