You do not need to be in Chestnut Hill to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as William Lloyd Garrison are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Boston Police Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Chestnut Hill. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in East Watertown, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Charles River Motel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Inn at Longwood Medical, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Watertown High School at PFC Richard Moxley Field, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Baldwin Early Learning Pilot Academy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Mission Hill School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Belmont-Watertown United Methodist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Arabic Jumaa Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Bethel AME Sanctuary, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Best Western University Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a recipient at Brookline Municipal Court, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Four Corners should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Forest Hills Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Dell Technologies Club, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
