For a recipient in Collinwood, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Check that The Dogwood Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for The Dogwood Inn, note its listed address, Broadway Street 307; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collinwood High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Collinwood Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Collinwood Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Collinwood Church of God, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Collinwood Freewill Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Collinwood Church of Christ, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Collinwood City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Q Barbecue, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
