For a recipient in Erlanger, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Kenton County Veterans Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Northern Kentucky 9/11 Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Queensgate, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for someone staying at Country Inn & Suites, Erlanger, KY should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to La Quinta? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Holiday Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Donaldson Highway 630 is the listed address of Country Inn & Suites, Erlanger, KY; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Beechwood High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Ignite Institute, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Lloyd Memorial High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint Barbara Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Erlanger Municipal Center should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in West End.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Linnemann Funeral Home before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. For a tribute intended for Linden Grove Cemetery & Arboretum, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at TGI Friday’s, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
