Flower Delivery in Five Points

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Check whether Clinton City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

For a recipient whose address is in Laurens Villa Apartments, keep that place name in the address you enter.

If flowers are going to Whitten Center Memorial Garden, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
