Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 12:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Fletcher. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Comfort Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to Hampton Inn & Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Fairfield before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A delivery for Veritas Christian Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Fletcher United Methodist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Fletcher First Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Kosta's Kitchen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
