You do not need to be in Gallatin to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Baymont, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. A flower order for someone staying at Hampton Inn should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Sleep Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sumner Hall Drive 354 is the listed address of Baymont; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to St. John Vianney Catholic School Campus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at R. T. Fisher Alternative School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Vena Stuart Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Liberty Baptist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Gallatin City Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Waffle House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
