For a recipient in Graton, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Path to Peace are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Veteran's Memorial Grove is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Graton is 12:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Sending flowers to someone at Brook Haven Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Forestville Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Green Valley School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Church of Christ, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Forestville Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Forestville United Methodist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If flowers are going to Forestview Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Underwood Bar and Bistro, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
