Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Guilford. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Abraham Baldwin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Guilford Soldiers Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Guilford, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Comfort Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. If you are sending to a guest of Red Roof Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Comfort Inn has a listed address of Boston Post Road 300; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Abraham Baldwin Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Guilford Lakes School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at First Congregational Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at North Guilford Congregational Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Saint John's Episcopal Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Guilford Town Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before sending a tribute to Bluff Head Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Shoreline Diner needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
