You do not need to be in Havana to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Havana? The ordering deadline is 12:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Havana High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Havana Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for New Central Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at First Assembly of God Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Sycamore Motor Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a recipient at Illinois Secretary of State Havana Facility, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
