Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Independence, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. First Christian Church is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as First United Methodist Church are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Independence is 12:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Lake City, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A flower order for someone staying at Best Western Independence Kansas City should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to Candlewood Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Comfort Suites, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The street address listed for Best Western Independence Kansas City is East 37th Terrace South 18700; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at William Chrisman High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Cassell Park Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Community of Christ Auditorium, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Community of Christ Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Stone Church (Community of Christ) are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Centerpoint Medical Center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a recipient at Independence City Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Cracker Barrel needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
