For a recipient in Kaneohe, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Cenotaph for Israel Kamakawiwoʻole are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Kaneohe is 12:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in Ahuimanu, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ahuimanu Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Ke Kula ‘o Samuel M. Kamakau is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at James B. Castle High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Byodo-In, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Ko'olau Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Windward United Church of Christ are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Hawaii State Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
An order addressed to Driver Licensing Center should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Kalihi, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Valley of the Temples Memorial Park should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Adela's Country Eatery, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
