Send flowers to someone in Kirkland without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Plaza of Kirkland Champions are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Ryan's Monument Plaque is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Houghton, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Eastside Therapeutic Resource, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Fairfax Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address for Eastside Therapeutic Resource is given as 6th Street South 830; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Baymont Seattle/Kirkland WA can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A flower order for someone staying at Courtyard By Marriott Seattle Kirkland should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Quality Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When arranging flowers for Baymont Seattle/Kirkland WA, note its listed address, Northeast 116th Street 12223; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at 14 - Butterfield Chapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kirkland Congregational Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Saint Katherine Orthodox Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Kirkland City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Juanita, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute intended for Kirkland Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pagliacci Pizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at International Community School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Juanita High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Sending flowers to someone at Kamiakin Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
