Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Leetsdale is 12:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
A delivery for Quaker Valley High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at United Presbyterian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Asian Star, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
