A florist in Lexington handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Flight 5191 Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. John C. Breckinridge Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Lexington is 12:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Deerfield should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a recipient at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. A flower order for a recipient at Eastern State Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Before sending to Franklin R. Sousley Campus, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For delivery details relating to Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, its listed address is Versailles Road 2050; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington Southeast, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to Hampton Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Bourbon Hous, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The street address listed for Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington Southeast is Athens Boonesboro Road 5575; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Christ Church Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Central Christian Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Hunter Presbyterian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Property Valuation Administration (PVA), ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in Kenwick, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to African Cemetery No. 2 should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Waffle House, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before sending flowers to Garrett Morgan Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for Mary E. Britton Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
