A florist in Los Gatos handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by 9/11 Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Collord's Peak are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For a recipient whose address is in Vasona Junction, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a guest at Garden Inn Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Los Gatos Lodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Los Gatos, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The listed address for Garden Inn Hotel is East Main Street 46; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Los Gatos High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Hillbrook Lower School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Hillbrook Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Calvary Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Self-Realization Fellowship Los Gatos Center, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Department of Motor Vehicles, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for The Highlands of Los Gatos should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Darling & Fischer – Chapel of the Hills, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Aldo’s, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A flower order for a recipient at Mission Oaks Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Los Gatos Almaden Road 15891 is the listed address of Mission Oaks Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
