For a recipient in Manchester, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Bell are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Brigadier General Casimir Pulaski is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Goffs Falls, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for someone staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown is listed at Elm Street 700; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Manchester High School West, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Central High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for The Derryfield School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Saint Joseph Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at VA Medical Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at City Hall West Wing, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When the destination is in West Side, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with J.N. Boufford & Sons Inc before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. A tribute addressed to Hall Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Red Arrow Diner, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
