Send flowers to Mojave from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check with Desert Winds before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Days Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Mariah Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The address given for Desert Winds is Sierra Highway 16200; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Mojave Junior/Senior High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Mojave Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Mojave Unified School District Office, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Community of Christ, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at First Southern Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Full Gospel House of Prayer, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Kern County Career Services Center accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Denny's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
